The value for money at Mercy was excellent - I got a lot for what I paid. The rooms were comfortable and clean, with great air conditioning. The location was perfect, close to the bus station. The staff treated me really well, always offering helpful advice and assistance.

The menu for breakfast could use some improvement, maybe adding more variety to the options available.

As a solo traveler, I loved the cozy atmosphere and chill vibes at this beautiful hostel. The amenities were perfect, including a fitness room, TV room, billiards hall, and a smoking area by the pool. The organized kitchen and spacious bathroom area with a huge mirror were also impressive. Plus, the friendly staff helped me book a trek with Coconut Tours, which turned out to be an amazing experience. The hostel is conveniently located within a 10-minute walk from the bus station and the night market.

The location of the hostel is very convenient as it is walkable to most attractions and only 20 minutes away from the airport. The facilities are clean and the beds are comfortable, providing a good night's sleep. The staff is friendly and helpful, providing information about things to do in the area. There is a large common area with tables and sofas, perfect for socializing and meeting other travelers.

The bathrooms could have been better located, as they are in one corner of the building and can be a bit of a trek, especially at night.

The beds at Mercy Hostel were incredibly comfortable, with the softest sheets and duvets I've ever experienced while traveling. The bathrooms were clean and the power shower was absolute heaven. I was pleasantly surprised by the 6am walking tour of the market organized by the hostel, allowing us to have a delicious breakfast. The location was great, close to the bus station and the clock tower, while still being in a quiet area. I had a fantastic stay at Mercy Hostel and would highly recommend it.
